Allie, who will be your lash extension coach and mentor, was also ranked in the top 10 of the Sunshine Pro Series Live Lash Competition, Australia and NZ in 2019.

I'm Allie, the heart behind LBA Lashes. At 17, I landed in Australia with dreams, broken English, and a ton of determination. It wasn't a walk in the park; being an immigrant meant wrestling with a new language and culture. My journey led me to corporate accounting, but my heart craved more.
So, I took a leap, swapping balance sheets for beauty, diving into the lash world. It wasn't a silky transition; I faced homelessness, pouring all my savings into a budding dream. Days were uncertain, filled with struggles that seemed insurmountable.
Now, LBA Lashes is more than a beauty hub; it's a haven for dreamers overcoming backgrounds, languages, and circumstances. We're not just about beauty; we're a community that empowers dreamers. Our courses echo my journey, offering skills, ongoing support, and real-world strategies.

More Than Just Lash Extensions
Running a successful lash business requires excellent business sense, the ability to create and maintain client relationships, and confidence in digital marketing strategies. While this doesn't come naturally to everyone, we'll work closely with you to develop these skills. Many of our students have since started salons of their own or are achieving incredible results at other salons across the country.
